In this section, we communicate useful information to facilitate the commercial relationship with all the companies that choose our products, marketed through the website www.serebags.com.

Sere.Bags does not sell to private individuals, but distributes products with great advantages to leather goods shops and wholesalers. Furthermore, upon request, it also produces customized bags.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

1. The order signed with Sere.Bags Srl must be considered successful only after acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Sere.Bags, which reserves the right, subject to careful technical/administrative checks to accept the aforementioned order or not.

Acceptance is considered tacit after 15 days of silence/assent, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any other way. By placing an electronic order, the Customer declares to be aware of all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions listed below.

2. In the event of poor conservation of the product sold, the Customer cannot in any way make a request for compensation for damages, or request for any compensation.

Purchase methods

1. Through the electronic order, the Customer can only purchase the products present in the multimedia catalog which can be viewed as highlighted above, at the address: http://www.serebags.com . Sere.Bags reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and economic information of the products concerned, to constantly conform them to the market trend that binds the raw materials, without the need for any prior notice, but always available through the contact section to provide if requested, provide all necessary clarifications. It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and may differ in colour, size, accessory products present in the figure.

2. The receipt of the order will be confirmed by Sere.Bags. by means of a reply via e-mail, to the e-mail address that the Customer will communicate at the bottom of the order. This confirmation message will contain the "Customer Order Number", to be used in any further communication with Sere.Bags.

The message will contain all the data provided by the Customer, who will undertake to verify the correspondence within a reasonable time and promptly communicate any corrections to non-compliant data. The customer will also be able to check all the phases of his order through the area dedicated to him.

3. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Sere.Bags undertakes to immediately notify the Customer.

4. All prices on the site are to be understood as prices net of VAT, a price list including VAT will be sent upon request. As previously reported, i.e. in section C point 1, Sere.Bags reserves the right to change prices at any time, due to market variations, without notice; However, the prices of the goods previously ordered will remain unchanged.

5. Excessive access by user-customers to the website www.serebags.com and the simultaneous sending of electronic orders may change the availability of the product, in this regard Sere.Bags cannot instantly guarantee the correct assignment of the goods ordered , will send confirmation by e-mail of the assignment of the goods within a commercially reasonable period of time after having seen the successful completion of all payment conditions.

D - Payment methods

1. Credit card and Paypal.

All transactions made via PayPal and credit card use the 128bit SSL encrypted connection.
Further information can be found by clicking on the bank's security certificate present in the address field of each browser.
Furthermore, the wording "https" will always be present in the address bar to confirm the secure connection.
As a further form of security for online purchases, Visa and Mastercard offer the possibility of creating a password to protect the data entered during the transaction.
This way no one will be able to use the card without the owner's consent.
Any attempted fraud will be identified and reported to the competent authorities.

NOTE: If the Customer decides to cancel or issue a refund of the order paid with the Stripe or Nexi credit card, all Stripe or Nexi fees for the refund will be charged to the Customer in question.

2. Advance bank transfer

In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the amount ordered by the Customer is kept busy until proof of payment is received. To speed up order delivery operations, the customer is invited to send the bank payment receipt by email to info@serebags.com showing the CRO number in the case of payment by bank transfer.

The sending or collection, by one of your couriers, of what you ordered takes place only upon actual crediting to Sere.Bags Srl's current account, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order .

Beyond this time period, the order is considered automatically cancelled.

The reason for the bank transfer must include: Identification and order number which is released in the confirmation email. The bank details to which to make the transfers are present in the confirmation email sent to you after placing the order.

E - Minimum order established

The minimum order is set at €300.00. The following are excluded from the calculation of the minimum order: transport costs, VAT at 22% and any additional costs.

The minimum number was also calculated to ensure that the customer amortizes the shipping costs over the entire order.

If the order placed on www.serebags.com does not reach this amount, the anomaly will be communicated to the customer by e-mail or telephone. If within 5 days of the notice, the customer does not reformulate the "minimum order", Sere.bags will consider the order cancelled.

F - Order fulfillment - Timing

Order processing times depend on the number of pieces ordered. For orders over 100 pieces, contact the administration to agree on delivery times. In the event of stock shortages (even partial) Sere.Bags will contact the customer to inform him of the shipping date.

G - Delivery methods

For each order placed on www.serebags.com, Sere.Bags issues an invoice for the material shipped. For issuing the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. Payment for the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order. No further costs are due to Sere.Bags. 

Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Shipping costs are not included in the online cost.

The order will be shipped after payment of the goods and shipping costs

1. Delivery by courier

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice;

• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or instructions must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, by adding the wording "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed within seven days via e-mail to Sere. Bags, Via Tevere 100/102 Int. 12,50019 (FI) – Italy.

Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be checked within the same day of delivery. Any anomalies must be reported in writing via email. Any report beyond the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared. Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.

2. Collection on site

The customer will collect the goods from our warehouse without shipping costs or additional costs.
